DYNAMIC GROWTH OF SONAROL SP.J. NAJDA BY IMPLEMENTATION OF INNOVATIVE PROCESSING, TECHNICAL AND PRODUCT SOLUTIONS
Under the Podlaskie Province ROP, Sonarol signed a contract for funding for the Project “Dynamic growth of Sonarol Sp.j. Najda by implementation of innovative processing, technical and product solutions”. The Project was completed under the Podlaskie Province Regional Operational Programme.
- Total CAPEX value: PLN 9,836,802.00
- The funding from the European Regional Development Fund: PLN 3,398,895.00
- The funding from the state budget, the Podlaskie Province Government: PLN 599,805.00
The following was purchased under the Project:
- Four PVC profile extrusion lines, each comprising: one primary PVC extruder plus one backup PVC extruder, with both forming a PVC profile extrusion station, one calibration bench, one caterpillar puller, one 6-m long lay-off table, and two mechanical stock feeders.
- One auxiliary extrusion line comprising: one primary extruder, one calibration bench, one caterpillar puller, one 6-m long lay-off table, one mobile single-screw extruder, one primary extruder plasticizer system, and one mechanical stock feeder.
- Glycol-free water cooling system for the PVC profile production, comprising: one standalone compressor chiller, one air-cooled condenser, and pumping stations with valving, comprising a water treatment plant, a filtering system, a 2-chamber buried tank with a total capacity of 12 m3, and piping and wiring.
- Laboratory equipment: one contour projector, one spectrophotometer, one gloss meter, one laboratory-grade drying oven, one ultrasonic washer, and one electronic calliper.
